Privacy Policy for TNT Project Tracker

Account Information

We collect your Name, Email, and optionally, a Profile Image provided during account setup. We request Camera and Storage permissions solely for uploading profile pictures. We also store project-specific data (documents, gallery, and schedules) to provide the service.

Users can create their own accounts via the Sign-Up feature or use Google Sign-In.

Project Information

Our administrators may upload project-related content to your account, including documents, images, videos, and other project files and updates. These files are made available solely for your viewing and downloading.

Payment-Related Information

The app displays Payment Summaries and Invoices for project tracking purposes only. No financial transactions are processed within the app, and no credit card or bank details are collected or stored.

Push Notification Information

Our App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) solely to send push notifications regarding your project updates and important account-related information.

The App uses Firebase only for push notification delivery. We do not use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, Firebase Remote Config, or any other Firebase products except Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications and Firebase Authentication for login.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Authenticate your login
• Allow secure access to your project
• Display project documents, photos, videos, and updates
• Display your profile image within your account, if provided
• Send push notifications about project updates
• Maintain the security of the application
• Respond to customer support requests

We do not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes. We confirm that the app does not use Advertising IDs, Firebase Analytics, or any third-party behavioral tracking SDKs.

Clients using the App cannot upload files, edit project information, modify project records, or create content.

Clients can only view project information, view documents, view photos, view videos, download available files, and receive notifications.

All project content is uploaded and managed exclusively by authorized administrators.

The App supports the following sign-in methods: Email and Password, and Sign in with Google.

Authentication is used solely to verify your identity and provide secure access to your account.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except when necessary to provide the services described in this Privacy Policy, including Firebase Authentication for secure user authentication and Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications.

We may also disclose information if required by applicable law or to protect our legal rights.

We apply the following specific safeguards to protect your information:

• Encryption in transit — All data transmitted between the App and our servers is protected using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption.
• Encryption at rest — We also ensure that your data is encrypted at rest within the Firebase infrastructure.
• Access controls — administrative access to project systems is restricted to authorized personnel only
• Secure credential storage — passwords are never stored in plain text and are managed through our authentication provider

While we apply these safeguards, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to maintain your account, provide project-related services, meet legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may have the right to access your personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your account and personal information, request a copy of your personal data, and object to certain processing activities where applicable.

Account Deletion Process

Users have the right to request the deletion of their account and all associated data. To do this, email us at Contactus@tntdesignz.com with the subject 'Account Deletion Request'. We will process and confirm your request within 30 days.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization.

The App uses the following third-party services: Firebase Authentication (Google LLC), Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC), and Google Sign-In (when selected by the user). These services are governed by their own privacy policies.

Depending on where you are located, your information may be stored or processed in countries other than your own, including through the infrastructure used by our service providers. We take reasonable measures to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted within the App or on our website, and the Effective Date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the App after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
